JAKE: He’s the adventure guide. As a graduate of the NOLS Pacific Northwest Outdoor Educator: Mountaineering course, we reap the benefits of his expertise and hope to inspire other families through sharing our adventures. He’s also a passionate gardener and runner when not daylighting as a Nurse.
JULIE: She puts the idle in wild 😉 Julie met Jake through their mutual love of rock climbing, but that seems like another lifetime ago! These days, Julie would rather be tucked next to a fire reading a mystery novel. However, she also loves to hike and camp and suffers from constant wanderlust. Julie daylights as a School Counselor.
H1: Inheriting her father’s endurance, she often goes by the trail name “MG” for Mountain Goat. H1 channels that energy into prepping meals for the family and never heads out without all of the supplies the family may need.
H2: Fulfilling every stereotype of the birth order theory, this bundle of energy pours so much love into our family. H2 likes to push herself physically but is also the first to agree to hop into a hammock, read with her mama, and offer her hand if the landscape is even a little treacherous.
